Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip is a classic party dip or appetizer recipe that’s perfect for any holiday or celebration!
It’s easy, cheesy, and extra creamy.
And pretty much and dump and go recipe that bakes in the oven and is served warm with chips, bread, or crackers.
Bonus points that it’s a vegetarian dip and not spicy at all, so it’s very crowd pleasing.
How to make Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip
You’ll need 10 ounces of fresh spinach to start.
Chop the spinach and spread it evenly in a 9×13 casserole dish, or use a foil pan for super easy clean up.
Then add some cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
And of course a can of artichoke hearts that have been drained and chopped.
Finally some minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper.
Then place this dip in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
No need to stir at first, which is one reason it’s soooo easy!
After about 15 minutes in the oven you can start stirring it together.
And stir a few more times after that.
Finally, top the dip with even more mozzarella cheese and bake for another few minutes or until the cheese melts.
Serve Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip with any chips, bread, or crackers that your prefer 🙂
I brought this to our family Easter celebration and kept it in my insulated carry case until ready to serve.
Super tasty and always a hit!
