Everything Bagel Chicken Salad makes a typical salad feel a little extra special.
I often make a big batch of Shredded Meal Prep Chicken to keep on hand to use in salads, wraps, or as a snack.
Keep it in the fridge and it’s a huge time saver for busy weeknight dinners or lunches.
How to Make Everything Bagel Chicken Salad
Since the chicken is already cooked, shredded, and ready to go… all the work for the salad is basically chopping and slicing the lettuce and toppings.
I am using romaine lettuce, some tomatoes, cheese, and an avocado.
And the everything bagel seasoning of course.
You can certainly play around with different salad toppings.
For the “crouton” part of this salad I am using bagel chips to play off the everything bagel theme 🙂
Divide the lettuce between two plates or bowls.
And if you’re feeding more than two, simply double the recipe.
You could use any dressing of choice.
Add the toppings to assemble Everything Bagel Chicken Salad 🙂
Just arrange the chicken, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, and bagel chips over the lettuce.
Then add as much or as little everything bagel seasoning over top.
Serve with your dressing and enjoy!
Crush up the bagel chips into smaller pieces before digging in.
Smaller size chips makes it easier to eat and you get a little crunch in each and every bite 🙂
