Everything Bagel Chicken Salad has everything bagel seasoning and bagel chips for a super delicious and healthy dinner

Ingredients
  • 4 cups chopped lettuce of choice (I used romaine)
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (recipe link in post above)
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 pint cherry or grape tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup bagel chips (I used Stacy's
  • Everything Bagel seasoning blend
  • ranch dressing or homemade buttermilk herb dressing (link to dressing recipe in post above)
Instructions
  1. Divide the lettuce between two plates or bowls. Top each with the cooked, shredded chicken.

  2. Add the avocado, cheese, tomatoes, and bagel chips. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the salad, as much or as little as you prefer.

    Note: Breaking the bagel chips into smaller pieces makes the salad easier to eat.

  3. Serve with ranch dressing or homemade buttermilk herb dressing.
