One Pot Cheesy Garlic Pasta
One Pot Cheesy Garlic Pasta is amazingly creamy and delicious, such an easy and delicious dinner recipe!
Just the thought of cheese, garlic, and pasta brings a smile to my face, so I thought it was brilliant to combine them all into one comforting dish.
You could add some grilled chicken or shrimp over top for more of a complete meal, but we enjoyed ours just like this.
Here is how to make One Pot Cheesy Garlic Pasta
Begin with a large pot over medium heat and add 2 Tbsps butter.
Once the butter is melted add minced garlic.
Let the garlic cook for a minute and add chicken stock, heavy cream, a pound of angel hair pasta, kosher salt, and pepper.
Raise the heat to bring this to a boil.
The pasta will stand up at first, but after about a minute will soften enough for you to push it down into the liquid.
Reduce the heat to low and let this cook a total of about 8 minutes.
Stir it a few times throughout.
You’ll notice the pasta absorbing all the liquid as it cooks.
This is what you should see after 8 minutes.
Lastly stir in freshly chopped parsley and a good, quality parmesan cheese.
It will melt into a gorgeous, creamy pasta dish that you will want to devour immediately!
I topped my One Pot Cheesy Garlic Pasta with a little extra parsley to make it look even prettier 🙂
The whole family absolutely went crazy over this meal!
