Grilled Ginger Garlic Steak
Grilled Ginger Garlic Steak is a super easy, must try grilling or Blackstone griddle recipe!
A good steak doesn’t need much additional flavors most of the time.
But if you’re looking to mix it up and add a little change of flavor, this recipe adds a little something something, but still allows the flavor of the steak to shine 🙂
How to make Grilled Ginger Garlic Steak
I opted for a 1 1/2 pound flat iron steak, one of my all time favorite steaks.
The marinade is simply soy sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste, and honey.
Massage the bag until evenly mixed and marinate in the fridge at least one hour, or even overnight.
Onto a grill or Blackstone griddle preheated to medium to medium high 🙂

Grill three to five minutes per side.
The grill time will depend on thickness of the steak and how you like it cooked.
Using a meat thermometer is always a good idea.

Let is rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
This allows the juices to redistribute and not leak out onto the cutting board.
It makes the steak juicier and more flavorful.
When ready to slice a flat iron or flank steak there is ONE rule to follow…always, always, always slice against the grain.
Slice it up and enjoy Grilled Ginger Garlic Steak!
