Just a few minutes in the air fryer and assemble some salad toppings and you have a great dinner for two.
How to make Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Salads
We have some frozen chicken strips to start… that’s right, told ya this was stupid simple 😉
Plus a salad mix and toppings of choice.
Put 3 to 4 chicken strips and 3 to 4 slices of bacon in your air fryer basket.
And set it to 380 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
Remove the bacon once cooked, and you can add a few minutes to the chicken if you want it extra crisp.
While the chicken and bacon cool, start assembling two salads.
Just add some premade salad mix first (ya know, keeping with the easy theme).
And toppings of choice such as cheese, dried cranberries, and croutons.
Really add anything you like.
Then cut the chicken and bacon into bite size pieces.
And place them on top of the salads.
Serve Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Salads with dressing of choice.
I went with ranch because it’s my favorite 🙂
Put this super simple dinner idea into your meal rotation, it’s so good and too easy not to!
