Spicy Crab Sushi Bowls
Lazy sushi recipes at home are the BEST when you want your favorite roll, but have no desire to go out… so when those cravings hit make Spicy Crab Sushi Bowls!
Plus, going out for sushi is expensive, friends!
These sushi bowls are very budget friendly and soooo easy to make.
All your favorite sushi ingredients, just in a bowl instead of a roll 🙂

How to make Spicy Crab Sushi Bowls
First we will make the spicy mayo.
Just put 1/2 cup mayo and a few tablespoons of sriracha into a bowl and stir.

Then chop an 8 ounce package of imitation crab meat.
And stir the crab into the sauce.

You’ll need 2 to 3 cups of cooked Jasmine rice for these bowls.
Really any rice works, but I went with these microwave pouches of Jasmine rice.
All you have to do next is top the bowls of rice with the spicy crab salad!

We added sesame seeds and green onions to our Spicy Crab Sushi Bowls 🙂
And also soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.

Mix it all together and dig in with chop sticks, or use a spoon or fork if you’d like.
No rules here 😉

You could easily meal prep these too!
Assemble the rice and crab salad, store in the fridge, and add your toppings when serving at room temperature!
