Ingredients
  • 1 (12-count) package Texas Roadhouse Mini Rolls (frozen section of grocery store)
  • 3/4 pound thin sliced leftover, cooked steak or sliced deli roast beef
  • 6 to 8 slices provolone cheese
  • horseradish sauce or mayo
  • steak seasoning blend of choice
Instructions
  1. Bake the rolls according to the package directions and let cool completely, save honey cinnamon butter packet.

  2. Slice rolls in half with a sharp bread knife, separating top and bottom buns (you may have to cut each one individually). Place bottom buns back in the foil pan that came with the rolls.

  3. Evenly arrange the steak or beef on the bottom bun, lay the cheese overlapping as needed, add horseradish sauce or mayo and top buns.

  4. Drizzle the honey cinnamon butter over the top and sprinkle steak seasoning. Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
