Ingredients
  • 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna drained well
  • 1/2 cup sriracha mayo
  • 2 (8.5-ounce) pouches seasoned Jasmine or cilantro lime microwaveable rice
  • Optional: soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, green onions, ginger soy glaze, more sriracha mayo
Instructions
  1. Put tuna in a bowl with sriracha mayo. Stir until combined.

  2. Microwave rice according to package directions. Put rice into 2 bowls.

  3. Top rice with the sriracha mayo tuna mixture. Add optional toppings such as soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, green onions, ginger soy glaze, and/or more sriracha mayo.
