Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds petite size potatoes (redskin or gold)
  • olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, BBQ seasoning blend
  • 10 to 14 slices bacon
  • Optional: ranch dressing or BBQ sauce for dipping
Instructions
  1. Put the potatoes in a bowl and add some olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, and BBQ seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.

  2. Cut the bacon slices in half. Wrap each half slice of bacon around each seasoned potato, overlapping slightly.

  3. Put the bacon wrapped potatoes on the smoker or pellet grill set to 250 degrees for about 2 hours, or until the bacon is cooked how you prefer.

Note: I recommend putting the potatoes on the grill grate with the overlapped bacon seam side down to keep them together.

  4. Serve with ranch or BBQ sauce for dipping if desired.
