
Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili, a healthy plant based or meatless recipe for the most flavorful chili ever all the work is done in the Crock Pot!
Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker and stir until combined. Turn it on low for 7 to 9 hours.
Taste for seasoning and add more kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, chili powder, paprika, and/or cumin if needed.
Serve with toppings such as cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, crackers.
