Slow Cooker Jalapeno Cranberry Pork is an easy dinner recipe for the Crock Pot with just a few ingredients in a sweet and spicy BBQ sauce
Put the pork in the slow cooker and season with kosher salt, pepper, and BBQ seasoning.
Spoon the cranberry sauce over top, add the diced jalapenos, and drizzle the BBQ sauce over top.
Note: For a less spicy version only add half of the jalapenos.
Turn the slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours. Mix together the cornstarch and water in a small bowl, add to the slow cooker and mix it in the sauce. Turn the slow cooker to high for another 30 minutes, this will thicken the sauce.
Serve the pork with the extra sauce over top. You can either slice it or shred it and enjoy as pulled pork.
