Slow Cooker Chorizo Dip is an easy recipe with only 4 ingredients, great served with Fritos Scoops for dipping from the Crock Pot!

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground chorizo sausage
  • 2 8 ounce blocks cream cheese
  • 1 15 ounce jar salsa
  • Tajin seasoning (to taste)
  • Optional: garlic powder, hot sauce of choice
  • Fritos Scoops for dipping
Instructions
  1. Set a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chorizo sausage and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring and breaking it apart as it cooks.

  2. Place the sausage on a large plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease. Then place in a slow cooker.

  3. Add the cream cheese and salsa. Turn the slow cooker on low for 3 to 4 hours, stirring a few times.

  4. Add some Tajin seasoning, garlic powder, and hot sauce (if using) and stir during the last hour. Serve with Fritos Scoops.
