Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds cubed beef stew meat
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 10.5 ounce can French onion soup
  • 1 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 ounce bag egg noodles
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 6 ounces French fried onions
Instructions
  1. Put the beef stew meat, mushrooms, diced onion, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, pepper, dry onion soup packet, French onion soup, and cream of mushroom soup in the slow cooker.

  2. Gently stir until combined and turn the slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours.

  3. Boil the egg noodles according to the package directions, drain well. Stir in the sour cream and cooked egg noodles. Top with the French fried onions.
