
Sausage Ricotta Honey Hot Pizza is an easy at home pizza recipe using Naan flatbread as the crust, a sweet and spicy treat for the Traeger pellet grill or bake in the oven!
Put the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil and pizza sauce, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over top.
Add the sausage and place spoonfuls of the ricotta on the pizzas. Sprinkle with kosher salt, pepper. and crushed red pepper flakes. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Note: Or set your Traeger or pellet grill to 375 degrees. Place the flatbreads on the grill grates for 12 to 15 minutes.
Mix the honey together with a few dashes of hot sauce. Drizzle over top before serving, sprinkle basil over top if desired.
