
Root Beer Float Pie is a light and refreshing cool summer dessert recipe with only 5 ingredients, so easy and delicious!
Put the Cool Whip, vanilla pudding mix, and root beer in a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat this together for about 2 minutes.
Pour the pie filling into the pie crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 7 hours.
Note: If not set after 7 hours, or if you want it very cold/ slightly frozen move it to the freezer about 45 minutes before serving.
Decorate the top with whipped cream right before serving.
