
Pepperoni Pasta Sauce is an easy recipe to mix up spaghetti night at home, mixing two favorite dinners in one... pizza and pasta!
Set a large pot over medium heat and add the olive oil, onion, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook 4 to 5 minutes stirring a few times.
Add the mini pepperoni and garlic, cook another 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the pasta sauce and Italian seasoning, once it starts bubbling reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring a few times. Stir in the parmesan cheese during the last few minutes.
Serve over pasta of choice
