Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 8 ounces fresh crab meat broken into small pieces, checked for shells
  • 1/4 to 3/4 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (plus more to sprinkle over top)
  • 5 to 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves (plus more to sprinkle over top)
  • 1 loaf French baguette (cut into 18 to 22 slices)
Instructions
  1. Put the cream cheese, crab meat, Old Bay, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh thyme into a bowl. Stir until combined.

  2. Put the sliced bread on a baking sheet. Top each slice with some of the crab spread. Sprinkle more parmesan cheese over top.

  3. Place in a 400 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve warm with fresh thyme sprinkled over top.
