Toast the 8 bagel halves and place on a lined baking sheet, cut side up.
Break the eggs into a large bowl, add milk, kosher salt, and pepper. Beat the eggs with a whisk or fork for 1 minute.
Put the butter into a skillet over medium low heat, when it's melted add the eggs. Cook the eggs, stirring occasionally for 3 to 4 minutes or until they are fully cooked and scrambled together.
Place the scrambled eggs on top of the bagel halves. Pour the maple syrup over top of the eggs. Top each with a slice of cheese and the cooked and crumbled maple bacon.
Put the baking sheet into an oven set to 375 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
