Honey Sriracha Chicken Tacos are a sweet and spicy twist on traditional tacos, served with a ranch slaw, corn, and shredded cheese
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
Set a skillet or your Blackstone griddle over medium heat and add the olive oil, chicken, kosher salt, and pepper. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the honey, Sriracha, and soy sauce and cook 3 to 4 more minutes mixing.
In a bowl combine the slaw, corn, cilantro, and ranch dressing. Toss until evenly mixed.
Warm the tortillas (I placed mine on my griddle for a few seconds) and fill with the chicken, top with the slaw and shredded cheese.
