Honey Cinnamon Fireball Wings is a fun and flavorful chicken wing recipe with a Fireball Whiskey seasoning and buffalo sauce!
Pat the wings dry with paper towels and put in a bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over top and add the Fireball seasoning (or seasoning blend of choice), kosher salt, and pepper. Toss until they are evenly coated.
Put the buffalo wing sauce in a saucepan with the Fireball Whiskey, honey, and cinnamon. Bring this mixture to boil for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring a few times, and remove from heat.
Place wings on a lined baking sheet (or on a wire baking rack over the lined baking sheet for crispier wings) and put them in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes, flip them halfway through. They should be above 165 degrees internal temperature.
Smoker or Pellet Grill Directions: Preheat to 250 degrees, place the chicken wings on the grill grate for two and a half hours. Flip them halfway through.
Toss the wings with the Fireball buffalo sauce and serve.
