Ingredients
  • 1 (2-pack) Stonefire Naan Bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 6 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes diced
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
  1. Lay the Naan bread on a tray. Brush the tops with the olive oil and garlic.

  2. Divide the sliced mozzarella and tomatoes evenly on top of the Naan flatbreads. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.

Note: It is ok if there are gaps between the cheese slices, it will melt and spread out to cover the whole flatbread.

  3. Place the Naan flatbreads on a grill preheated to 350 degrees or your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Close the lid, or cover with a melting dome on the griddle) for 8 to 10 minutes, checking occasionally. Once the cheese is melted and the Naan bread is crispy enough for you, remove and sprinkle with fresh basil.
