
Marinated buffalo chicken grilled to perfection and served with yummy toppings
Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise, creating 4 thinner pieces of chicken. Place chicken in a gallon size bag with 1/2 cup of the buffalo sauce, kosher salt, and pepper. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Grill the chicken over medium high heat 5 minutes per side, brush with remaining 1/2 cup buffalo sauce several times and again right before serving.
Top the chicken with sour cream, blue cheese crumbles, and green onions.
