
Steak with cajun garlic butter...enough said, right?! YUM!
Brush the steak with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and sprinkle both sides with kosher salt and pepper.
In a small bowl add the butter (at room temp), cajun seasoning, and garlic. Stir until evenly mixed.
Preheat a cast iron skillet, grill, or Blackstone griddle over medium high heat. Add the remaining olive oil and the steak (oil not needed if grilling). Cook 3-5 minutes per side for medium rare to medium doneness.
During the last minute of cooking spoon 1 tablespoon of the Cajun garlic butter on top of the steak and let it melt into the steak.
Remove the steak and let it rest 5 to 10 minutes.
Slice the steak against the grain and serve with remaining cajun garlic butter over top.
