Ingredients
  • 4 pounds whole (not split) chicken wings
  • 2 1/2 Tbsps Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps baking powder
  • Optional: wing sauce of choice
Instructions
  1. Pat the chicken wings dry really well with paper towels. Put them in a large bowl.

  2. Add the Old Bay seasoning and baking powder, toss until the chicken is coated.

  3. Place a wire baking rack over a lined baking sheet. Put the wings on the wire baking rack. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes, flip the wings half way through. Use an instant read thermometer to make sure they are above 165 degrees.

  4. Serve the wings with your favorite sauce for dipping if desired.
