Ingredients
  • 8 ounces spreadable goat cheese log (or cream cheese) at room temp
  • 7 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 5 ounces red pepper jelly
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • Ritz crackers
Instructions

  1. Spread the goat cheese on a plate evenly.

  2. In a bowl mix together the red pepper jelly and cranberry sauce. Spread evenly over top of the goat cheese.

  3. Top with the chopped pistachios and serve with the Ritz crackers.
