Ingredients
  • 1 heart of romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced deli ham
  • 1/2 cup diced deli salami
  • 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional ingredients: tomatoes, banana peppers, onions
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • kosher salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
Instructions
  1. Divide the lettuce, ham, salami, pepperoni, cheese, and any other optional toppings like tomatoes, banana peppers, and/or onions between 2 meal prep containers or bowls.

  2. Put the cottage cheese, Italian dressing, and just a little kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.

  3. Divide the dressing between the 2 bowls or place in cups with lids to add right before serving.
