
Cilantro Jalapeno Cottage Cheese Dressing is a healthy, high protein salad dressing recipe that is so easy to make, also a great veggie dip!
Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, which does take about a minute.
Note: If too spicy add a little honey or pinch of sugar and/or more lime juice to balance out the heat. If too thick for your preference add more buttermilk.
Serve on any salad or use as a veggie dip. Store leftovers in a covered container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
