
Chili Garlic Stir Fry Zucchini is an amazingly delicious and easy side dish, a little spicy from the chili sauce and full of yummy garlic flavor
Slice the zucchini lengthwise and then slice into half inch slices. Cut the onion into 1/4 inch slices.
Set a wok or skillet over medium high heat and add the sesame oil. Once the oil is hot add the onions and cook 3 minutes, stirring as it cooks.
Add the zucchini and cook 3 more minutes, stirring as it cooks.
Add the soy sauce, chili sauce, and garlic. Cook 3 to 4 more minutes, continue to stir.
Serve with sesame seeds over top if desired.
