Chicken Caesar Flatbreads are a quick, easy, and delicious meal made super simple using Naan flatbreads and a Caesar salad kit!

Ingredients
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (approx 1/2 to 3/4 pound)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 package Stonefire Naan Flatbreads (2 flatbreads come in one package)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (10.8 oz) bag Dole Chopped Caesar Salad Kit
  • 2 lemon wedges
Instructions
  1. Set a small skillet or your Blackstone griddle over medium heat and add 1/2 tablespoon of the olive oil. Sprinkle the chicken with kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes, put the chicken in the skillet. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. Remove, let cool, and dice into bite size pieces.

  2. In a small bowl whisk together the remaining olive oil and garlic. Brush the Naan bread with the garlic oil.

  3. Place the Naan flatbreads on a lined baking sheet. Divide the diced chicken evenly on the flatbreads and sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella cheese. Place in a 400 degree oven for 8 to 12 minutes.

  4. While the flatbreads bake in the oven, prepare the Caesar salad kit according to package directions.

  5. Let the flatbreads cool slightly and top them with some of the the prepared Caesar salad, a squeeze of lemon, and serve any remaining Caesar salad on the side.
