
Bourbon and coke marinated steak kabobs grilled to perfection
Cut the steak into one inch cubes and place in a gallon size plastic bag.
In a bowl add the bourbon, Coke, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar into the bag with the steak and massage the bag. Marinate in the fridge several hours or overnight.
Put the steak on the kabob skewers. Sprinkle all sides with kosher salt and pepper.
Preheat your grill or Blackstone griddle, add the kabobs (add cooking oil first if using a griddle) and cook for about 8 minutes, turning several times.
