
Easy and healthy blackened catfish with the best aioli around
Pat the catfish dry with paper towels. Sprinkle the blackened/ cajun seasoning on both sides of the fish.
Heat a large nonstick skillet or your Blackstone griddle over medium high heat for several minutes. Add the butter and olive oil, once melted add the catfish.
Cook 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with the Old Bay Aioli.
Whisk ingredients together in a bowl. Start with 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning and add more according to your taste. Serve with the Blackened Catfish.
