
BBQ Pork Tater Tot Casserole is a great, easy recipe to use leftover pulled pork, only a few ingredients for a spectacular dinner casserole!
Put the pulled pork or chicken in BBQ sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese, green chiles or jalapenos, kosher salt, pepper, and BBQ seasoning in a bowl. Stir until combined, which does take a minute or two.
Put this mixture in a greased 9x13 casserole dish and spread flat. Add the frozen tater tots on top in a single layer and season with more BBQ seasoning.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve with more BBQ sauce or hot sauce if desired.
Note: The tots will be crisp on top at first, but lose their crispiness if not served right away.
