
BBQ Chicken Loaded Sweet Potatoes is a healthy stuffed sweet potato recipe with avocado, cottage cheese dressing, and hot honey!
Poke a few holes in the sweet potatoes with a fork or knife, coat them with olive oil and season with kosher salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 40 to 50 minutes.
