Ingredients
  • 2 ciabatta rolls sliced in half
  • store bought remoulade sauce or mayo mixed with a little Cajun seasoning
  • 8 to 10 cooked steak slices
  • 1 cup cooked, chopped shrimp
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice
Instructions

    I cooked the steak and shrimp on my griddle ahead of time, but you could cook a small sirloin steak that has been sliced and some jumbo shrimp (cut into thirds) in a skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil for 4 to 5 minutes (season with kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice) if not following this meal prep series... or use leftover cooked steak and shrimp.

  2. Place the bottom ciabatta rolls on a baking sheet. Drizzle the remoulade sauce on bottom bun and add steak slices, shrimp, squeeze the lemon wedge over top, add cheese, and press down as you add the top bun.

  3. Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 minutes.
