Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu is a super simple dinner idea that takes only 10 minutes to throw together before baking in the oven!
Put the chicken breasts in a greased or buttered 9x13 casserole dish. Season the chicken with kosher salt, pepper and a seasoning blend of choice if desired. Top each breast with a slice or two of ham and Swiss cheese.
In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and Dijon mustard. Pour this mixture over the chicken, ham, and cheese.
Sprinkle the stuffing over top and drizzle the melted butter over top. Season with just a little more kosher salt and pepper.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
