Ingredients
  • 4 to 6 thin cut chicken breasts (depending on size)
  • kosher salt, pepper, seasoning blend of choice (optional, we used Kinder's Garlic and Herb)
  • 6 to 8 slices deli ham
  • 6 to 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 1/2 cups dry stuffing mix (I used seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
  1. Put the chicken breasts in a greased or buttered 9x13 casserole dish. Season the chicken with kosher salt, pepper and a seasoning blend of choice if desired. Top each breast with a slice or two of ham and Swiss cheese.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and Dijon mustard. Pour this mixture over the chicken, ham, and cheese.

  3. Sprinkle the stuffing over top and drizzle the melted butter over top. Season with just a little more kosher salt and pepper.

  4. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
