Ingredients
  • 1 pound broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (plus a little more to sprinkle over top)
  • kosher salt, pepper
Instructions
  1. Toss the broccoli florets in a bowl with the olive oil, lemon juice, grated parmesan, kosher salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  2. Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket, sprinkle a little more parmesan cheese over top. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
