Ingredients
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 8 oz cream cheese at room temp
  • 1 cup shredded cheese of choice (I used Mexican blend)
  • 2 to 3 jalapenos minced and seeds removed
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 pound baby portobello mushrooms (approx. 15 to 18 mushrooms)
Instructions
  1. Lay the bacon flat in the air fryer basket, set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 10 minutes. (Thicker bacon may need an extra minute or two).

  2. Remove the bacon and once cooled, crumble it into bite size pieces.

  3. Mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheese, jalapenos, bacon, kosher salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  4. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and put the cream cheese mixture in each mushroom.

  5. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket and set it to 400 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes.

Note: Depending on the size of your air fryer this may need to be cooked in two batches.
