Air Fryer Bacon Chicken Bites are dipped in a sweet and spicy coating and then air fried to crispy perfection, making the perfect snack or appetizer!
In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, ground red pepper, kosher salt, and pepper.
Cut the chicken breasts into inch size pieces.
Cut the bacon into thirds, approx 4 inch pieces.
Note: If you are using center cut bacon the slices will be shorter, you may need to cut center cut bacon into halves.
Wrap a slice of bacon around a piece of chicken (the bacon will overlap slightly), place in the brown sugar mixture and coat all sides, pressing the mixture into the bacon and chicken.
Place into the air fryer, seam side down. Repeat with remaining chicken and bacon bites.
Note: Depending on the size of your air fryer this may need to be done in two batches.
Set the air fryer to 390 for 14 to 18 minutes, depending on how crispy you want the bacon.
