A simple and easy dinner that the whole family will love
Place the chicken legs into a gallon size ziploc bag. Add the olive oil, taco seasoning, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper and the cayenne pepper if using.
Massage the bag until evenly mixed, which does take a minute or two. Marinate in the fridge several hours or overnight.
Lay the chicken in a 9x13 casserole dish, sprinkle with more kosher salt and pepper. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
