Ingredients
  • 4 soft tortillas burrito size
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or monterey jack)
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • Optional: cilantro, lime, ranch dressing, hot sauce
  • olive oil
Instructions
  1. Lay flour tortillas flat and add chicken, bacon, cheese, avocado, and any other ingredients you wish in the middle of the tortilla.

  2. Fold the sides in and roll the tortilla to close. Place seam side down on a baking sheet.

  3. Brush with olive oil on all sides, being careful with the seam side to stay closed.

  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy. Dip in ranch or add hot sauce for an extra kick.
