Chicken chimichangas air fried to crispy perfection
In a bowl mix together the cooked chicken, cheese, and salsa.
In a small bowl mix together the olive oil and chili powder.
Lay the tortillas flat and divide the chicken filling evenly in the center of the tortillas.
Fold in the sides of each tortilla, fold the front over the filling, and fold the back side over top. Hold one finger in place on the seam and brush with the olive oil chili powder mixture. Flip over and brush the top as well.
Place seam side down in the air fryer. Set the air fryer for 12 to 14 minutes at 390 degrees.
Serve with optional toppings such as lettuce, cilantro, sour cream, hot sauce, more salsa, and jalapenos.
