Ingredients
  • 4 thin cut chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Gochujang chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 Tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • sesame seeds, green onions
  • Optional dipping sauce: 1/2 cup mayo. 1/2 Tbsp Gochujang, 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a gallon size plastic bag. Add the Gochujang, soy sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, and honey.

  2. Massage the bag until evenly mixed. Place in the fridge to marinate several hours or overnight.

  3. Grill the chicken over medium to medium high heat for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness of the chicken.

  4. Serve with sesame seeds and green onions over top if desired. 

    If serving with the optional dipping sauce, whisk together in a bowl and serve on the side.
