Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup ginger soy glaze (Asian section of store or link to buy from Amazon in post above)
  • 2 tsps soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 salmon fillets (about 4 oz each)
  • 1 crown broccoli (this is smaller than the whole bunch of broccoli)
  • Optional: sriracha mayo, more ginger soy glaze
Instructions
  1. Put the ginger soy glaze, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl. Whisk until evenly combined.

  2. Brush some of the glaze on the salmon fillets.

  3. Cut the broccoli crown into smaller florets and toss with the remaining glaze.

  4. Place the salmon in the middle of the air fryer basket and put the broccoli around the salmon, season lightly with kosher salt and pepper. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes.

Note: Follow directions above for crisp broccoli with charred edges, if you do not want the charred edges cook the salmon 2 to 3 minutes then add the broccoli and cook an additional 6 to 7 minutes.

  5. Serve with sriracha Mayo and extra ginger soy glaze if desired.
