Keto Friendly Cranberry Sauce is a no sugar added recipe for a classic Thanksgiving or holiday side dish that you can enjoy on a low carb diet!

Ingredients
  • 1 12 oz bag fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup diet or zero sugar Sprite
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 1 to 2 packets stevia or zero calorie sweetener (more or less depending on how sweet you prefer, I only used one packet)
  • a pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan over high heat. Once boiling reduce the heat to medium low.

  2. Cook 10 to 15 minutes depending on the texture that you prefer, stirring a few times.

  3. Let cool before serving.
