Ingredients
  • 1 12 pack slider rolls (I used King's Hawaiian Rolls that were together as one sheet)
  • non stick spray
  • 8 eggs
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (I used Mexican blend)
Instructions
  1. Spray the bottom of a casserole dish with non stick spray and place the sheet of slider rolls in the dish.

  2. Use a serrated bread knife to cut the center out of each roll, but leave the bottom of the roll. Press the hollowed center of each roll to smooth the bottom and sides.

Note: Picture examples in post above.

  3. Crack the eggs in a bowl, add kosher salt and pepper. Use a fork to beat the eggs until combined. Stir in most of the ham and most of the cheese.

  4. Pour the egg mixture in the hollowed center of each slider roll, cover with foil and place right away into a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.

  5. Put the remaining ham and cheese over top and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.

  6. Cut the individual slider rolls and serve.
