Ingredients
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 3 Tbsps red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps sugar
  • 16 oz bag coleslaw mix
  • 1 bunch green onions sliced
  • 6 oz crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
  1. Set a large skillet over medium heat and use kitchen scissors to cut the bacon into bite size pieces right into the skillet. Cook the bacon 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Remove the bacon and place on a plate lined with paper towels.

  3. In a small bowl add the mayo, red wine vinegar, and sugar. Whisk until evenly mixed.

  4. Put the cole slaw mix, bacon, green onions, and blue cheese in a large bowl. Add the dressing and use tongs to mix the slaw until it's evenly combined.

  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
