Fireball Whiskey glazed bacon that's truly unique
Cut the thick cut bacon into thirds and place in a bowl.
Add the brown sugar, Fireball, cinnamon, and ground red pepper (if using). Toss until evenly coated.
Place the bacon pieces on a wire baking rack over a lined baking sheet. Place in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Cook time will depend on how thick the bacon is cut.
Carefully transfer to a plate while still warm (to prevent sticking) and let cool. The bacon will harden as it comes to room temp.
