Air Fryer Buttermilk Chicken Sliders are the perfect way to enjoy a fried chicken slider in a healthier way by using the air fryer
Cut each chicken thigh in half and put them in a gallon size plastic bag. Add the buttermilk, hot sauce, 1 tsp of the garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper. Massage the bag until evenly mixed and place in the fridge to marinate overnight.
When ready to cook the chicken, put the flour in a bowl and add the remaining 1 tsp garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper.
Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with non stick spray. Coat each piece of chicken in the flour on both sides and place each in the air fryer basket.
Spray the top of the chicken with more non stick cooking spray. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Put the chicken on the slider buns and add toppings of choice.
