Grape and Blue Cheese Flatbreads are an easy to make meal but also equally as stunning, Naan flatbreads with lots of yummy toppings!

Ingredients
  • 1 package Stonefire Naan Flatbreads
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup red grapes cut in half
  • 1 oz candied or glazed walnut pieces
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Optional: fresh thyme leaves for garnish
Instructions
  1. Brush the olive oil evenly over the Naan flatbreads. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over top and add the blue cheese crumbles, grapes, and candied walnuts evenly over top.

  2. Oven: Place the Naan Flatbreads on a lined baking sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven for 12 to 14 minutes.

    Traeger Smoker: Place on the Traeger grill grate preheated to 375 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.

  3. Drizzle the honey and fresh thyme (if using) over top before serving.
